1. Network Operations
By accessing Velongix infrastructure, you agree to adhere to our strict latency, security, and parallel execution guidelines. Malicious node activity is systematically quarantined without appeal.
2. Intellectual Property
All core engines, architectural schematics, and editorial media properties (including Archubi, OPA Images, and OPA News) remain the sovereign intellectual property of Velongix Holdings. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Liability & Sub-Second Execution
While we obsess over sub-second latency and zero-bottleneck architecture, Velongix is not liable for downstream degradations caused by external ISP failures or legacy client systems.
